The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program is the flagship annual initiative of the Policy Center for the New South, bringing together outstanding young professionals from across the Atlantic Basin.

The 2026 edition will take place in Rabat, Morocco, from 6 to 10 December 2026, providing emerging leaders with opportunities for dialogue, leadership development, networking, and engagement on major regional and global challenges.
